You can choose between the internal area - for a more reserved meal - and the external area, bringing the sound of the waves and the sea breeze to your table. All of this atop the cliff on the fantastic Cacimbinhas beach.
Nationally recognized for the excellence of his creations, the São Paulo-born culinary master Antonio Bispo has more than 39 years of experience in the kitchen.
Chef Bispo began his career aged just 15 as a kitchen porter and has worked in renowned Brazilian restaurants such as Figueira Rubaiyat, Hotel Fasano, Hotel Maksoud Plaza, Hotel Spa Sete Voltas Turns. All of these are located in Sao Paulo, widely renowned as the Brazilian state with world beating restaurants.
He also commanded the kitchen of Resort Kiaroa, located in the exclusive Peninsula of Marau (Bahia), the Hotel Parque da Costeira (Rio Grande do Norte), and designed the recipes of the Hotel Sombra e Água Fresca (Rio Grande do Norte ), among others.
The Lounge Bar is the ideal place for meetings or getting lost in a conversation over delicious cocktails. It has a refined and lovely atmosphere, where you can enjoy delicious snacks and lounge music.
Meanwhile, close to the infinity pool and deck solarium, you will find a flat screen TV, which shows all the major world sporting events.
